Digitization, increased operational efficiencies and strong growth in our European markets mean that Sector Alarm Group is strengthening the IT function in several areas, and we are now looking for an experienced enterprise architect to ensure that we remain a fast-paced and agile organization as we continue to grow. In this role, you will work closely with change, digitization, and development initiatives. It is a high-impact and visible role where your input will be important, both from a strategic and operational point of view.
This is a newly created position in the company, located in our corporate headquarters in Oslo at Storo. Some travel will be required to our international subsidiaries.
What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Main areas of responsibility
As our new Enterprise Architect, you will be a vital resource in our Enterprise architecture team, currently consisting of three solution architects. You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders in all phases of our digitization and development processes.
This entails:
- Collaborating with product and business managers in addition to technical and subject matter experts
- Designing enterprise solutions that support the business in achieving the target outcomes
- Assisting in developing policies and guidelines regarding the design and implementation of IT within the enterprise
- Actively contributing to and ensuring that our IT portfolio is optimized and updated
Requirements
- You have a higher education within IT, such as a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or other relevant education. Valuable and pertinent experience within the field can compensate for a lack of educational qualifications.
- You have experience with system architecture and development of new services
- You are familiar with the use of Enterprise Architecture tools, such as LeanIX or similar.
- You have a good understanding of TOGAF or other well-known Architectural frameworks
- Excellent communication and written skills in English. The company language is English, so it is important that you can collaborate with different stakeholders across countries.
- Communication skills in Norwegian, both oral and written, are desirable.
